Easter Reading

In the past, I’ve read a book about the Cross during the Lenten season. While Lent more traditionally is a time people give things up as a means of self-sacrifice, I try to keep my mind focused more on Christ and His work on the Cross during this time leading up to Easter. Reading a Cross-themed book helps me to do that.

This year I’ve decided on Blood Work by Anthony J. Carter. This happens to be a short book, so If I finish with enough time before Easter I will also read John Piper’s Fifty Reason Why Jesus Came to Die.

Will you be reading anything in preparation for Easter?
